How do I reserve a rental house or apartment?

BlueKey Properties operates on a "first come first serve" basis. To reserve a rental property you must first pay our $50 application fee, deposit or move in fee.

How long is a lease agreement?

BlueKey Properties only does 12 month leases.

Are pets allowed at BlueKey Properties rentals?

Yes, pets are allowed at most of our properties. We require a $400 one time, nonrefundable pet fee per pet.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first of every month and is considered late after the 10th. Rent paid after the 10th will include a $50 late fee.
